Conversion Resources

For the better part of a year, our team has been working behind the scenes on a project to modernize our digital banking platforms. We’ve completely rebuilt both our mobile app and online banking from the ground up, bolstering our security and adding functionality (with many ideas coming from customer feedback).

We know that change, especially when it comes to technology, isn’t always easy. We hope to mitigate some of the challenges that often coincide with a conversion to a new system and platform with our conversion resource page. Below you will find links to our mobile apps and user guides as well as answers to frequently asked questions.

Logging in for the First Time

If you’re an existing online banking customer, when you log in for the first time on the new platform you’ll use your old username and password. You will then be prompted to verify your identity and set up a new password.

*Note: If your current username contains special characters (e.g. john$doe42!) you will be prompted to change it to something without special characters (e.g. johndoe42)*

To access our mobile banking platform you will need to download our new mobile app. You can select the icon below that works on your device or simply search “The Peoples Community Bank” in your phone’s app store.

User Guides Now Available

We know that learning a new banking platform can take time. In an effort to make that transition a little smoother we've put together clickable user guides that can make setting up and using your new online banking account simple.

For access to the consumer guide click here.

For access to the business guide click here.

Quicken & QuickBooks Customers

Customers that utilize Quicken and QuickBooks will need to modify their settings to ensure that their data connectivity transfers smoothly to the new system. For complete instructions visit our Quicken & QuickBooks Conversion webpage.

Once converted, those customers will utilize their online banking username and password to access Quicken and QuickBooks.

Customers that use Mint

If you are Mint user and are having issues connecting your PCB accounts to your Mint profile you will need to reach out to Mint's customer support to do a refresh on your profile: Once there you can click on chat at the bottom of the page to work with customer support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to request this update with Mint on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Online banking is not compatible with Internet Explorer. It works with most other browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

Why can't I see my statements or check images?

Some customers are not seeing online statements or check images. We are working on a resolution and they should be displaying correctly for everyone very soon.

I'm a small business. Do I use the business or consumer login?

To make a transfer or payment to a loan select Loan Draws and Payments from the menu.
